Actually, yeah, only one update per round and all, and that's pretty much good. He and Jolteon are just hanging with JeffRaze, I suppose. Depending on what JeffRaze does, just figure they're there and ready for action.

JEFF ZERO sees JEFFRAZE'S attempted destruction of one of the gargoyles, and fears for what may happen next. "JOLTEON!" He whispers, although caps may incline readers to believe otherwise. "If those gargoyles start swarming us, I want you to use your Pin Missile attack on them as best you can, alright? I have my doubts that Electric attacks are especially effective against them, so use that one instead!"

Like any good Pokemon Trainer, Jeff Zero's dialogue is somewhat stilted and redundant, but his Jolteon doesn't seem to mind.

Also, Jeff has a Flaming Longsword now, which probably makes him the coolest Pokemon Trainer ever pretty much by default. So if I roll really poorly from hereon out, I'll die knowing that much.

Phase 2-2

"They're getting away!", Ryokles shouts, prompting Jack Swagger to chase down the West Pass after the Orcs. He tries to grab one and chain it into a Gutwrench Powerbomb, but it swings back at him with a steel whip and rips his face off instead [2].

JeffRaze takes the opportunity to wipe out the Glowing Gargoyle while its ranged game is currently frozen. He discharges all of the magic energy from his Lightning Crossbow into his Destruction Switch, then lobs the Destruction Switch down the hall [AUTO]. The Glowing Gargoyle is caught in the resulting explosion and wiped out.

[Note: It is possible to sacrifice the energy of a magical artifact to auto succeed at a Normal Action (not in Mass Combat)]

[Note: The East Pass is now clear and can be traversed freely.]

Seplito starts doing the Electric Slide, but it has no effect [2].

"Bad" Frank Phillips saunters down the hallway, ignoring the retreating orcs who are too afraid of his badass western coat to even try touching him. His spurs clink as he marches right up to their cookpot and pulls Obama's corpse out. Obama sputters and spits out some gross stuff before coming back to life, being reborn as Muslim Terrorist Barry Soetoro [MISROLL].

[Note: If I misroll, the result is still valid, but I will make a note of the fact that I misrolled. If you see it happening too frequently with a certain character or something you guys can call bs on me. In this case I accidentally rolled a 1 sided die instead of a 2. Lucky!]

masterplum, studying the technique of JeffRaze, sacrificed his Magic Make-up Box to forge an Ankh of Resurrection [AUTO].

Jeff Zero wants to attack the Glowing Gargoyle, but it's already dead. He scouts the East Pass instead. It's a long hall that branches off into a small secret chamber. The room has a treasure chest surrounded by multiple traps - A trip wire, pressure sensors, and possibly more unseen traps.

[Note; To take this chest the trip wire must be circumvented, the pressure sensors must be disabled, and then a third action must be attempted to retrieve the chest itself. All those who assist in these actions and don't die would get a share of the treasure within.]

Kahu, the MALE Beastmaster, sits down and meditates, waiting for someone to open the Green Gate. Along came a spider to eat his face while he wasn't paying attention, but BARRIER protects him from dying [3].

Jon Michael Carter goes to activate his Forcefield Belt, but it blows up and kills him [3].

Mr. Lazy Everyday follows "Bad" Frank Phillips into the west pass, lazily swatting away any Orcs that attempt to stop and fight. When he reaches the end of the West Pass, he finds a secret door that leads to a similar Treasure Chamber to the one in the East Pass. This one is guarded by two Basilisks.

[Note; If you attempt to take the treasure before killing both of the Basilisks, you will be immediately and automatically killed unless you circumvent them via some other method.]

Raka has joined the party [2].

BIGPUN9999 looks for expired chef boyardee behind the Green Gate, but the gate is closed [2]. Someone else should open that for him. He starts spamming help request links.

ADAM the LEADER OF THE CHILDREN FROM FLOOR ONE ascends to the second floor looking for DANT so he can bully him some more. Finding him to already be dead, he decides to bully some Orcs instead. He pelts them with his slingshot until the West Pass is clear [1].

Jawarius begins looting the corpses of his comrades and finds something quite unique indeed! It's a Rainbow Scorpion that crawled into saberz9's sidebag when he wasn't paying attention. The Rainbow Scorpion stings Jawarius, killing him in a matter of seconds with a deadly toxin [3]. Then it just kinda wanders off.

Bobby Roode shows up late and tries to block the West Pass after everyone else has already gone down there. Additionally, he steps on a rattlesnake slingshot trap that everyone else conveniently missed. A bunch of rattlesnakes are flung at him from a compartment in the wall he is slain [3].

SEA SCARRED WARRIOR attempts to forge a Lucky Coin, but unfortunately he has no coins [2]. Tough luck, at least he didn't get punished for his transgressions like the last foolish pirate!

The Green Gate has begun to pulse with a strange energy. A moment later, frost can be seen creeping outward from the center of the gate until it is entirely frozen [1].

The Frozen Gate was suddenly shattered by a massive blue fist, exploding into bits from the other side [1].

The adventurers in the main hall stare past the remains of the gate into the darkness, but cannot make anything out. There seems to be at least one foe cloaked in the magical darkness waiting for them.

Maria, I'm sure you're familiar with Potterlore, but on the off-chance you're not here's the nutshell version: HP phoenixes are sentient, can lift objects they have no business lifting physically, and their tears have restorative properties

Bleh, I went to bed last night before your last update because I had to go to work today, which I'm now home from and apparently just missed the update. At least I don't appear to be dead.


Restandre casts a spell of Divine Light into the Magical Darkness.

Normally you won't be killed for missing an update unless there's an advanced warning, so I wouldn't be too worried about it.
