I made it clear that one of the driving forces for my Oddity vote was his claimed action from last night, but with that out of the picture a lot changes.

Sheep is a long time CE player (also played on the Pokemon boards with me several years ago) who went on a long hiatus due to irl occurrences. He recently returned, and I've only played one or two games with him since his return, but he's generally much more active as a player. Especially when he's town.

I haven't been around enough to do anything, I read through the thread this morning up to about post 200 but didn't have time to say anything, and I checked the poll just before I left work. I would absolutely have voted Ulti in among the whole Oddity thing. Don't like how adamant Nana was about lynching Oddity, but this absolutely still seems like Town Nana. I would still be somewhat okay with lynching PJ but it's not worth pursuing right now. I accept my vote was bad but I didn't particularly want to lynch MZero and there honestly wasn't anyone who stood out to me as Scum at that point.

Oh hey Terra's going for me too. I kind of have an actual job now with normal person hours and shit so expect me to be less active than I used to.

I'm not a new player but have been away for a few years. I think I'm pretty damn rusty too. I don't think the best way to start playing again was with a game which spanned one topic in 5 day phases and then another which has been 1 topic per real life day either. Being stuck on mobile is also shit for reading back.

What about any of what I did implies that? If you actually read my initial post where I made the vote, it makes no sense to take that implication from what I said. I made it clear that at that point in time (continuing from yesterday and Oddity's track record well before he even claimed) that I thought he would have been a better target without even factoring in his claimed action.

My only problem is that you dipped out of what was essentially all of yesterday. If your posting frames are limited that makes sense, but absences this deep are questionable as hell for you. I'd like to hear your thoughts on Urname and Death, as well as your reasoning as for why you suspect pj.

I'm looking back through everything now, found a site which I can actually make notes on because I don't know enough of the players and don't have enough time to remember everything. Should hopefully help my play and analysis. Urname based way too much of his play off flavour D1 for my liking just from the first few pages of T1. Put his vote on MZero early based only on that, and jumped back on him late in the day, although one of the other options was himself, so I could forgive him for that. He'd probably be one of my top picks for Scum. Makes me feel a little better about PJ as well, if he's as inexperienced as I presume he is, given he jumped off him at the end of the day, although it may partially have been to save himself.

PJ was being unhelpful, not doing much at all, and I thought most of the other lynch candidates (Oddity and MZero at least) were Town, while I had no read on Urname as I barely remembered anything from him. I probably should have read back through the thread but I was pretty tired at the time. Basically, I chose the least bad option. Not great and generally lazy play, I know.

I guess I did sort of dip out, this has been a little too fast paced for me so far. Hopefully I can get used to the speed soon.

What's also interesting is the janitoring of Corrik. I thought it would be a pretty common view that Corrik was lying through his teeth about the Miller claim, so that means Scum are either inexperienced enough to kill him anyway, scared of him attacking them, or trying to frame Ulti (although there's also the potential for bus drives and stuff anyway.).

Another thing about the night kills, I think Scept knew Shadow, so killing her may have been because of that. SK would normally kill a less prominent player anyway to avoid saves and stuff anyway especially since there was a claimed Watcher about (although them seemingly knowing each other may have played a part in the kill and what I suspect was Shadow bussing Scept). I don't see any other reason for her to have died unless she bussed herself. I also doubt Scept would be targeted for a kill either because several people voiced suspicions about him iirc and he'd be an easier ML than most. This makes me think that Shadow bussed him from a better target.
