It's bad, but it does have St. Louis and to a lesser extent Springfield/Columbia/Kansas City, which are all pretty nice. Pros -Land of 10,000 lakes baby!!!!! -Probably the state with the strongest sense of state pride next to Texas. -Scores consistently high in education and overall quality of life. -Beautiful scenery along Lake Superior. -Widely recognized as the friendliest state. -Mall of America. -MN State Fair. Cons -A hefty portion of our population avoids spicy food and seasoning like the plague, and it shows.
