The only reason to look at other drivers while driving is to make eye contact when negotiating an intersection where there might be some question of right of way (4-way stops being the most common example). Otherwise, I just keep my eyes on the road, aside from glancing in my mirrors enough to be aware of my surroundings. --- This is my signature.
