So this wildcard, unlike every other one thus far, lines up with with my favourites bracket wildcard selection, so i can talk about that for once. and the thing is... i kind of went with a fairly different approach to the favourites bracket regarding wildcards, so the result here is actually very different. I basically just went and looked at the song they would face (cloche) and kind of just went with whatever one I felt I would be most likely to vote over it, if any. Which uh, in this case not only isn't even one I'm voting for, but also isn't even in the top half for me. I do think that a part of that may well be because I'm actually just lower on ciel than i was at that time, but it's also a fact that I simply did pick ciel because it's just higher in whatever I'd consider a hymmrarchy than cloche, making it the most clear pick that I'd have over it (even though I'd ironically probably rate Cloche higher). Similarly, this is also why I picked Zadok for the B2 wildcard in my favourites bracket without even a mention of B2 Battle.

oh yeah also my highest here is lower than my average for B1 and B2 wildcard songs in general oops this bracket may not be very balanced

Today is a really rough day. I like six songs here, but there is a gap big enough between #1 and #6 to not do 6 +1s. This wildcard has me appreciating Kaine ~ Salvation much more than I did initially. I came out of that six-pack thinking the song was the worst of the six, yet I am +2ing it here. I guess those five not-exphere_nosurge songs were much closer together than I thought if I can change my mind on this song because of it clicking real well now.
