guess since i've been perfectly content saying antifa are terrorists, which has been a thing the government's assigned and fits the definition just fine, i don't qualify on the 'you can't take the truth' stuff. BLM is trickier since that one's got multiple subsections to it; there's definitely a majority within that group that support the general idea, a smaller group that support the organization, and a smaller one yet that just support violent action, with the last one having a bunch of outright racists in it. so all that said...

nani - yes, they're terrorists too. yes, they do bad things too. yes, they kill/severely injure and pretend they don't. still not the same as storming the capitol. yes, they did storm precincts and government buildings, the courthouse in portland was national news because of that. that's still not the capitol, it's a step beyond that. you also can't remove that they're emboldened to doing all this by the president along with a bunch of people from congress. like sure you can point to mayors and house reps or whatever that marched along even with violence happening around them but, much like the capitol, this is a step beyond that. this is removing all feelings as to the motive, just strictly based on their actions, what they're doing, who supports them, and where it's happening, this is a step beyond them.

the weirdest thing about your post there is that you're... pointing out that issue, defending none of it, but... it's not really clear what point you're trying to make. that there's some hypocrisy there? yeah, sure. but i'm not sure what else you're trying to do beyond say that there's hypocrites. so you're gonna get pushback since you're essentially comparing a 20-30 to a 70-80.

But I generally want to have an idea of what people are about or if they've changed in even small ways, for better or worse. But those are not concerns with Nanis.
