Trump is gonna force it to the courts. Unless they just tell him too bad go sit down, then yeah it will. Unless Trump just outright wins of course then it wont

Although I think it had more to do with the hopeless voter tech of Florida at the time, thats basically how the 2000 election was decided. It took months post Election Day.

Probably. Trump isn't going to give in (nor do I think anyone would) and it doesn't sound like things have been above board enough to have the claims laughed out of court. The Dems probably expected such a landslide victory they didn't care when they should have gone in "Trump's going to call fraud on this, we need to make sure he has zero opening to do so credibly."

If Biden ends up winning PA, i doubt the courts will hear the case against him (though not for lack of Trump's trying). If not and he ends up with exactly 270, then there's a chance it does go to the courts, especially on the off chance a faithless elector comes into play
