Undertaker is "out injured" in a sense, but yeah, JoMo is the big missing piece right now.
Raw has "enough" faces, they're just not utilized right. On SD, I could actually see them testing out Sheamus as a face, to be honest.
When you just imagine him going up against the other top SD heels (vs. Christian, vs. Henry, vs. Wade), it feels like in every instance the crowd would side with Sheamus. Since going to SD he's been vicious but never underhanded or overly cruel.

What's funny is that they already had this problem when they turned Christian heel and made it worse.
I think maybe the new head writer on SD likes Christian enough to realize that if he didn't turn him heel he'd just end up being the guy heels went through on their way to earning a title shot against Orton. <_<

Orton retains and faces Henry/Sheamus (BLARGH) Christian wins and faces Orton (DOUBLE BLARGH) Orton wins and Heel MITB winner takes it Christian wins it and face MITB winner takes it (building them up immediately) Christian wins it and random wrestler jumps up in the card out of necessity (like Ziggler did when he faced Edge)
Either way, SD has Orton and Kane at the top of the face crop, and that backloaded midcard. Someone has to get pushed to even it out.

I found this exchange from earlier in the week kinda humorous:
HulkHogan4Real Hulk Hogan Excited about the IMPACT TAPINGS today, the pay preview was crazy hot, just hope everyone survived physically,Daniels is the man. HH
facdaniels Christopher Daniels Wow. I must say I am honestly stunned and pleasantly surprised by that last tweet. Thank you, @HulkHogan4real , for real!
It amuses me that Daniels is legitimately surprised that Hogan would praise him.

Sheamus as a face works really well because it makes everything fresh. But if they keep Orton as the top lone face progressionally Henry should be going up against Orton next since he's the hottest heel they have. Sheamus can fight Christian then fight Orton after that. By then Cody should be ready to do a good feud with Orton. He should be ready now but other guys are taking some priority here. Cody and Ted taking on Orton now that Cody is actually knoweldgeable and has some drive is going to be a good feud. He just uses Ted like Miz used Riley.

Man, I just rewatched the RAW main event promo and Cena just made it unbearable. He could've sounded like he had a good point, but instead he sounded like an insufferable doofus who couldn't get to his point. When he did, he was just such a jackass for trying to say Punk was doing so much wrong when... he really wasn't at all. It also hurts when you can tell he still barely takes it (like everything else) very seriously until... Punk started talking about sports teams?
This is what set Cena off and shook him? That he said some of his sports teams think they're the underdog still? And that he said that Cena isn't the underdog anymore and is instead a dynasty? How is this even offensive and why is Cena upset over this? It doesn't make any sense for Cena to be suddenly taking it seriously since he's not the underdog.

"Calling Pokemon RBY a top 10 game was the most insane contest jibba-jabba ever Woe unto he who sig bets with the near-invincible Lord High creativename
except he's always treated things like that's the case. the sports team references totally worked here because it's an apt analogy, at least with the Red Sox. they were the underdogs and then they became champ. and they continued to pretend like they're anything else but really, by all means they're Yankees-lite right now and it's a pretty personal rivalry to some within the areas (and one of sports most defined rivalries too).
but Cena's always talking a big game about how he's still here, how he never gives up, keeps coming back, etc like it's something else, AND he was doing it earlier this night. ....but Punk tore through all that in 2 minutes and told it to Cena straight. it's actually the first time someone flat out acknowledges Cena not just as 'the top dog!' but calls him out on the reality of what he is and what he says or pretends is the case. it's offensive because it's true, but he doesn't want to admit it or pretends that's the case. it's a pretty perfect spot for something to happen to the Cena character really - the realization that he's been on the top for years, that it hasn't just been a title after a title of hardship; Cena's a guy who wouldn't consider himself to be the Superman everyone's claimed he is (and the announcers have even said as such recently!), but the record says he absolutely is. it's stopped being about beating the best. he's at the top of that mountain already. people go after him for it - that's the Nexus story, but the lesson wasn't learned then. he had to be the underdog in that situation with the group vs. 1 situation. it's probably the only other time someone went after Cena for a similar reason. when Sheamus went after HHH, who went after Cena? who's ever gone after Cena?
but this is just 1 on 1. Punk's not playing something unfair. Punk's got the passion, the proven hard work and dedication, but doesn't have what Cena has - never has had what Cena has. and it's no matter of jealousy as much as it's acknowledgement and standing up. Cena's been Superman all along, but he's almost always put into situations where he has to BE Superman to get out as well and starts as the 'underdog' only to save the day. even the whole deal with the Rock has him being 'the underdog' there.
that situation doesn't exist here. and Punk forced him to realize that said situation doesn't exist anymore, and hasn't for years. Cena can no longer, in good faith, prance around like he's the cheerful lead that wants a challenge... because he's gone beyond that. few challenges to him remain.
to one-line this tl;dr bit: what does Superman do when he realizes that not only can he do it all, but he already has?
he punches the guy who made him realize this in the mouth.

When he did, he was just such a jackass for trying to say Punk was doing so much wrong when... he really wasn't at all.
Punk's entire goal this whole time has been to intentionally cripple the WWE Championship in his quest to go out with a bang.
Just like with the whole SES angle, just because Punk's message is righteous doesn't mean that Punk himself is in the right. While the content of his words may ring true, the motive behind the shouting is entirely self-interested and egotistical.

The problem I have is that Cena isn't a Sox fan. It came up in 2008 when he was flying around with a TB jersey. I'm guessing most people don't know that, but for anyone that does, it ruins that part of the segment.
Also, Cena hitting Punk as a Red Sox fan (which he isn't) would mean he is mad that Punk is right. That would be a neat little nuance.
