That's what it means. That you look/are skinny, but your body fat to muscle ratio is still off.

He was making fun of Punk not being overly muscular.

Given that it's HHH, that's very possible.

I was just saying it's possible he didn't, since "skinnyfat" is mostly used to refer to dudes that are skinny but don't have any muscle these days.

i think it would have been better if punk came back with a belt redesign instead of the spinner belt

at the end of raw he's got his belt and cena has the spinner

then he wins at summerslam and they keep his belt

That's terrible. The whole "Punk has the REAL title" doesn't work if he isn't carrying the physical belt that was at MitB. If he's gonna change the design, it has to be AFTER winning at SummerSlam.

Maybe to you, because all you really want is for the spinner belt to go away.

To the majority of fans, none of whom care about the belt design, it'd just make Punk look less legitimate. And given that Punk already lost the poll, less legitimacy in the eyes of the general audience is the last thing he needs.

what is more glaring than the fact that cena literally got his own wwe belt

if punk wants to be on collector cups then he definitely wants his own belt

I'm not saying Punk SHOULDN'T replace the belt EVER. Clearly he should.

But it should NOT be done A) when he's "outside the company", or B) when there's some dispute over whose championship is legitimate. Otherwise it's just a Million Dollar Belt.

Honestly it would probably even be fine if he did it NOW, after Triple H recognized his championship's legitimacy.

But it would be best done on the Raw after SummerSlam.

It got its leeway last week imhhhho.

For the record I've only given up on the angle this one time. The other times I was definitely skeptical but never really gave up. I was like "yeah it'd really suck if this happened, and I think it will, but I really hope it doesn't" and then it didn't.

But yeah to me the angle's on life support till Summerslam basically. What I was dreading happened exactly-- it's funny that Punk is ranting against the status quo when that's exactly where the feud went tonight. I'm sure the promos till Summerslam will be passable but if today's any indication they won't be fantastic like they were before. After that, well, we'll see what happens. Maybe Punk will do something crazy if he wins, or Cena will do something crazy to win. Though yeah I'm very much back in hardcore skeptical zone now.

Punk changing the belt design now ruins the visual of the twin titles.

I agree that it has to wait until after Summerslam. Whoever wins that match should get to close the show holding up both of them.

...in fact, now I want to see Punk CONTINUE to walk out with both of them for weeks after Summerslam like Undisputed Champion Jericho, and then maybe debut a new belt at NoC.

I dunno, I'm glad to see Punk back, but damned if they don't STILL seem to be booing him and cheering for John Cena no matter what the situation.

I mean, the assortment of stuff Cena's doing would get any heel booed. Stealing the title from a tired Rey Mysterio on the same night he wins it, immediately being over defensive about how he should be champ and cm punk shouldn't when they're both legitimate claims, immediately claim bias is involved in siding against him, threaten with violence and revel in the chance of doing so...

But Punk winning clean on Cena, being happy with change, fine with HHH hating him, claiming to want to bring fun back to wrestling for himself and the fans, now that's boo-worthy heel behavior.

Punk managed to be the heel in a feud with Jeff Hardy over drugs. He is able to be the heel no matter what is going on, it is kind of amazing.

Definitely. If he wants people to boo him, in most cases he will find a way.

This angle is a bit different though. They really do seem to be going with a grey area sort of thing, where you're "allowed" (for lack of a better term) to support either guy you want as far as WWE is concerned.

Oh, Kevin Kelly.

"I love CM Punk. I never met him personally, but when I meet him I will shake his hand and tell him how much I appreciate his talents. But Punk wears a shirt on TV saying he's 'the best in the World'. Well he's not the best in the world until he defeats Davey Richards. Davey Richards is the best wrestler in the World hands down! You could put the Miz at #1 in the PWI 500...and then burn that magazine for printing that. Davey Richards is the best in the World and I defy anybody to argue with me on that. Watch the match with Eddie Edwards. It was a 36-minute perfect match. Not one flaw. He trained for 4-weeks for that match - like a fighter. He's revolutionizing the business right before our very eyes."

I like Davey a lot, but a world in which Davey Richards has revolutionized the business in his image is not a world I would choose to live in.
