here is what I dont get about Highlanders.

If the only way they can die is to have their head cut off then why don't they have adamantium plating surgically attached to their neck and upper torso?

Check out Highlander: Vengeance, the anime movie by the guy who directed Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust and Ninja Scroll, it is very cool.

They do all have adamantium neckbraces, but they also all have swords made of plotdevicium, the only metal capable of cutting through adamantium.

That would work like steel-toed boots do. Fine if you drop a hammer but anything heavy will cut off your toes. A 30 mph traffic accident becomes a beheading.

No, but that sounds like a hilarious addition to any movie watching experience. For example, at the end of A Walk To Remember when









SPOILERS







Mandy Moore's character totally ****ing gets murdered by Leukemia you could say something like, "Why didn't her DNA get made out of Adamantium, preventing the mutation that eventually caused her to get cancer of the lymph nodes XFD"

I love that movie.
