By the way, I have a nominee for Modkill of the Year with Rev being modkilled before the game started, for the Fakeclaims game with Blade claiming the same concerto as Newer who had been lynched D1 (and nobody catching it until Chris), and Chris told me that he would like to insert this as his body of work for the Mafia Player of the Year award.

Atma got modkilled, JMast determined that it was deliberately so he wouldn't get lynched so town could get scum lynched so he called it a day modkill, ended day, and then Atma protested in topic which unfortunately included posting his opinions on pretty much the entire game and the true ability of his role, and then arguing with Red about the modkill after further compounding the offense.

In addition, two other current players posted, one of which could definitely not have been ignored if the game were to really continue, unless JMast was going to start making exceptions to try and save the rest of the game.

Definitely my biggest issue with the games that do that. Mafia is game first, theme second, and renaming roles like that hurts the game <_<

If the game got halted early, then no-one achieved their win condition, so I don't think a win should be awarded for any faction. Tough luck if someone was dominating, but Atma's going to get what's coming to him anyway.

I agree with this.
No one won because no win conditions were met.

I mean, the SK definitely lost because he was lynched, but both town and mafia had a chance to win.

I disagree. I mean Indy wins are awesome mind you, but it depends on the game.

Like my win in Violin was awesome. I don't know how anyone else feels about it, but from a personal perspective I was like "Yes! I won! I did it! That's freaking awesome!" It depends on the game and the players.

The best games are when the side who wins does it by just barely being more clever, sneaky, or plotting than the other side. Well contested games played by smart, savvy players are the best.
