I think if we continue to run two games at once, the small games (~14-16 players or less) could probably do a different queue, like put them in a "Ready Whenever" category. That way if we have a big game and a small game running concurrently, we have two separate lists to choose from.

This way people with small games know if they have a chance to put their game up instead of looking at a big queue, seeing themselves down the list a bit, and thinking they won't be going for a while.

also didn't realize the big/small split was so even. That's pretty good. I think the most we'll be able to handle at once is two small games at a time, though. I don't think we'll be able to handle a big/small for now



In light of that, I think the best plan to clear out the queue is to go like this:

The problem is that a lot of people were pulling double duty for the current games. That was just two running at a time, with not a lot of unique players in between them.

9 player Hydra game? That's really not that bad.


I played Multiple Personality Mafia where you had 5 different roles on a rotating schedule and played as Hydras as well. A standard 9 player game with all hydras is nothing... in fact activity is probably going to be huge for only 9 slots.
