Hakumen (Blazblue)


"I am the white void. I am the cold steel. I am the just sword. With blade in hand shall I reap the sins of this world, and cleanse it in the fires of destruction! I am Hakumen. The end has come!"


Hakumen is an incredibly powerful individual in the BlazBlue universe..His armor the Sankishin Susano'o, bestows him with incredible fighting prowess, allows him to tap into infinite reserves of power, enabling him to fight for prolonged periods of time without rest and to increase his own strength (grant him incredible power). The various eyes adorned all over the armor suggest that they are for sight enhancement as the helmet seems to feature no visor.

His sword (a Nox Nyctores named "Ookami") appears to bear the capability to kill characters that otherwise would be immortal, or have rapid healing properties that would make them difficult or impossible to kill. This makes him an equally dangerous foe to both mortal men as well as the most powerful beings. Hakumen repeatedly claims that despite its cursed nature, it is a weapon meant to destroy evil, hinting that it may have holy properties. It apparently possesses the ability to negate ars magus as well.

Hakumen's Drive, Zanshin, allows him to project energy barriers that repel enemy attacks and allow him to effectively counter advances towards him. Also whenever Hakumen's attacks clash with a projectile, he leaves behind a large vacuum crest known as Fumajin at the point where the clash took place. Not only can it absorb all projectiles but it can also damage his opponent if they touch it though this will cancel it out. (also has shown to be an effective shield for Hakumen). Some of his distortions / other special moves includes an all counter his infinite mode his astral etc.

Hakumen has been shown to stomp nearly all the BB cast with minimal effort and it should be noted that he does this at 20% power.

...y'know, on second thought, I wonder if Saint of Killers actually could be used. Mean, on the negative side, no one in Preacher ever found any way to stop him. 2. The Fledgling (Vampire the Masquerade - Bloodlines)

The Fledgling is one of the most powerful vampires in the Vampire the Masquerade world. As with most vapmires in her world, The Fledgling can shrug off most gunfire, with only point-black shotgun blasts doing any real damage. She can also regenerate health fairly quickly. The Fledgling is adept in both melee and ranged weaponry, and carries a wide arsenal of weapons from supernatural katanas to machineguns. All melee and unarmed attacks are increased by supernatural strength, she can punch other creatures like her clear across entire rooms.

Besides her strength and defense, the Fledgling has other unnatural abilities as well. She is very fast, when people attack her to her it looks like they are standing still and she can dodge bullets from most guns she comes across. Just being near the Fledgling and her powerful aura causes most people to be mesmerized or have their attack and defense actively debuffed, and she can sense presence of any living or undead being within a tremendous distance around her. The Fledgling is also resilient to mind control, being able to ignore the commands of powerful vampires.


I nominated this character under Toreador because it's the only class I have real experience with and I think that one has a lot of good stuff.

Don't know if you ever tried it, but earlier on in Bloodlines, when LaCroix is asking you to do stuff, you can refuse. He'll Dominate you into doing it anyway. Which makes his later failure to do it again funnier (they never really explain why he can't do it the second time)

What Music Meister from Batman Brave and the Bold? Something about controlling / messing with people through song or something?

Twilight has telekinesis, teleportation, manipulation (she controlled Fluttershy's actions / movements to get her out of that fashion thing) Magic Burst / Dark Phoenix style mode where she basically roflstomps everything out of control, Elements of Harmony mode, Ponyta rage mode, lifting huge objects, many other magic abilities she could cast on herself like flight etc, transform things / ponies (points to her magic burst mode) + other magic shenanigans

and her most important power....

Current game: Final Fantasy IV. Black Turtle won the guru contest.

1. Kazuma Kuwabara (Yu Yu Hakusho)
We see Yusuke a lot in these, let's switch it up every now and then. He's no slouch when it comes to power and has a sword that slices through dimensions. (Willing to switch this nomination to Hiei or Kurama if everyone is highly against Kuwabara.)

2. Majin Buu (DBZ)
Self-explanatory. I'm guessing this means he will assume the form he took when he absorbed Gohan, since that's his peak.

3. Aang (Avatar: The Last Airbender)
The ability to wield fire, water, earth, and air makes him an interesting contender. I assume he'd start off in his avatar state, since that's his peak?
