Man, Rosa was efficient. There's no bull**** that goes on with her. She knows she's in love with Cecil, and that's basically what she needs. She doesn't screw around with Kain, though he does with her, she doesn't try to run off from the group to accomplish something on her own and screw it up (why halo thar Yuna), and the one time she ignores Cecil (when he tells her to not go to the moon with him) she's actually right.

The only time Rinoa talks about her feelings for Seifer is when she thinks he died, and she admits even then she wasn't sure she ever loved him at all.

She obviously still cares about the guy as a friend, but she definitely doesn't waffle between loving Squall or loving Seifer.

I must have misunderstood the topic. I figured the TC was talking about his own love interests.

That being said I vote for Rydia. She was Edge's love interest. I don't care if she didn't reciprocate.

The theme seemed to be more along the lines of the main male's love interest (although that's mostly because FFVI is the only one with a female main character outside of XIII, and Lightning doesn't have a love interest), so I went with Locke there. I mean, Anagram uses Vaan as XII's lead, so I figured I could take some liberties!

But if you want to go the other way around, you could use Locke.
