Whitney Cummings is usually decent. She's pretty funny on roasts and she's usually one of the better comedians on Chelsea Lately's roundtable (not saying a lot) but my god, this show is awful.

I'm actually holding on hope that all the previews made the pilot seem really really worse than it actually was. I'll watch the second episode but I'm kind of dreading it...

There was just this forced atmosphere around everything. Poor acting/unfunny jokes doesn't help either.

Also **** the laugh track.

I didn't watch it, but was it worse than Two Broke Girls? That show was awful

That's pretty sad. I listen to a lot of podcasts so I always hear comedians talking about how huge she was going to be, getting two shows picked up on major networks and all the money they're going to put into marketing her.. but at the same time literally every comedian agrees that you can't make a good show starring a comedian unless you're giving the comedian near full-control (see: Louie) so yeah... disappointing, but kind of expected at the same time.
