Nominate Mario/Sonic for the Greatest Game Rivalry contest!

X and Zero.

They fight in one route of X2, when Zero has been reprogrammed, and in X5, when Zero is taken over by the Maverick virus. Zero is effectively brainwashed in both of these instances.

During the rest of the series they're non-antagonistic allies. How is this a rivalry?

X and Zero is a friendly rivalry like Ryu/Ken.

Whoa whoa whoa. Since Ryu was already taken by Ken, this is a fine substitute for the Terror from Thailand. There's plenty of history and rivalry between these two (Dan's father is the one who took out Sagat's eye in a fight he'd end up dying in).

Blinky is the red one who constantly chases. He's definitely the best choice for Pac-Man, and some of the later games do paint him as the "leader" of the ghosts

I can see why somebody would say Zeratul/Kerrigan is better than Raynor/Kerrigan, but that speech at the end of "True Colors" (BW Zerg Mission 5 I think?) by Raynor is my favorite moment from Starcraft so far.
