He has a lot of notoriously weak moments. Assuming you mean in a MATCH this is gonna be kind of hard. Running off the entire NWO on a weekly basis is definitely it otherwise.
I am thinking Halloween Havoc 1990 vs. Sid Vicious. Sid basically squashes "Sting" aka Barry Windham celebrates for a moment. The real Sting shows up, beats the living snot out of unstoppable monster heel Sid in like 5 minutes.
Another contender is Sting vs. Vader at Starrcade 1992 in the Tournament final, again because of how invincible Vader had been up to that point.

Darn it, I was going to make the Jeff Hardy joke. That was supposed to be a big really competitive match and it lasted like a minute. Not often a heavyweight champ gets squashed like that, and since Kayfabe doesnt' recognize the real reason...

What about his match with Goldberg at Holloween Havok 1999? I seem to remember that he pushed Goldberg farther than just about anyone ever would in WCW, and looked like he was legitimately going to defeat the man that couldn't be beaten without a taser and mutliple Jacknife Powerbombs.

Kayfabe actually DOES recognize the real reason.
That's the entire crux of the Hardy vs. Jarrett angle. Jarrett is pissed because Hardy showed up to wrestle at Victory Road high and embarrassed his company.
