Basic isn't over yet, leave began during our 7th week. 8 is the final week with 9 being pretty much graduation prep.

It's hard. I mean I did fine. Qualified with an M16 rifle first try, qualified with hand grenades, scored 255/300 on the physical fitness test (got a chance again in January, I want around 280) did a 8 mile march, 6 mile march, and 4 mile march with 50 pounds of gear and my M16 in like... 25 degree weather. The Oklahoma wind pierces your ****in' skin, the drill sergeants berate everyone (even those they like) the people get at each other over stress in the bay, etc

But the reality is you keep a tough skin, listen, do, and succeed. It's as the name says, it's BASIC training. I go to Georgia for Officer Training in Feb post basic.

Knox out with a sickening looking injury. He bent right over backwards when he got hit trying to get his own fumble. That could be a devastating injury for him, hope he's ok.

Also, since the Bears O can't do anything, the D obviously has to score. Peppers strip sack, Idonije recovery in the end zone!

Redskins > Giants, Eagles > Jets: Cowboys 8-6, Giants 7-7, Eagles 6-8
next week, Jets > Giants, Eagles > Cowboys: Cowboys 8-7, Giants 7-8, Eagles 7-8
final week, Giants > Cowboys, Eagles > Redskins: all 8-8


at this point, the only sticking points for this would be the Eagles actually managing to not blow a game and the Giants beating the Cowboys

I honestly think the most difficult part of all that for the Eagles is beating the Jets this week.
