I don't think he has any redeeming qualities, and even if he did, his game play section of 2006 would totally kill whatever like people had for him.

I love Silver. He's SO bad that he just wraps around to being good again. His hilariously nasally voice acting, his completely tool-ish personality, his "I'M ON A ROLLLLL" smugface when he wins, his stupid design, his IBLIS TRIGGGGGGGGGGGER corniness, his incredibly awful billiard balls puzzle...just EVERYTHING is just so laughably corny and bad that I can't help but laugh at him. The only actually good thing about him is his theme song. Oh, and I guess he was a sweet boss battle in Generations.
