My current DnD campaign had stuff behind a waterfall. In fact, you had to go behind it to progress.

I actually made this thread because I've been checking behind every waterfall I've come across in Skyrim so far.

Still nothing.

Same thing here.

Divinity 2 had actually a bunch of caves behind waterfall, it was so great.

My first thought is the waterfalls in Resident Evil 1 in the courtyard and Resident Evil 4 past the lake in the village.
