I, feeling intrigued by something Shoe said shortly after new year's, decided to keep track of the number of times I reach orgasm (whether by sex or the ol' left hand) this year. Now you guys can, too!

There's no need to mess with the formulas. Everything is done. You just need to plug in the number for each day. Please note that those first numbers for January aren't my totals - they are just there as an example. Also, for those with less sex-based inquisitions than me, you can use this chart to keep track of a number of daily things, such as the number of times you:

- Use a car
- Play a game
- Exercise
- Use the restroom
- Check yourself out in a mirror
- Respond to Ulti in a topic

I... will use it to track climaxes. Hope someone else finds a use for it as well.
