Assuming you're not a Japanese fella, well you can't draw anime for a career. Well yes there's also those Korean fill in guys, but I assume you'd wanna be a KEY animator or character designer. Being elsewhere in the world, I guess you'd just call 'em animation or comics depending on which way you'd go, but you can give 'em a healthy anime/manga influence.
