Episode 14: Insanirarity
Never been a huge fan of those fancy kind of cat. To much priss, not enough awesome cat behavior. Seeing a pony own a cat is weird too. Against the natural order of things.

All this dress talk is kinda weird. I mean...the natural state of the pony is nakedness, wearing something once in a blue moon. If I were a person that loved horses, every episode would probably have me sweating profusely...

I knew going into it that the show was considered alright. I knew to expect maybe ppg levels of good.

What I didn't expect was that I would mostly agree. My resistance was maximum, though I had to allow for some objective cracks...

It is a curious phenomenon....the breakdown of one's natural Us vs Them mentality. I legitimately had no empathy for bronies. I knew they had reasons for what they believed but I never truly understood until I actually experienced the show for myself.

It is still kinda odd. It is a similar feeling I got when I witnessed someone being coached on how to play Zerg, and suddenly zerg started to seem pretty good, rather than as I had always viewed them previously: the enemy. Bugs. But they have a pretty cool setup mechanically and I came to respect them for it.

So I guess the point I am getting at is that....I respect ponies. I would legit not mind hanging out with Twilight Sparkle or Rainbow Dash (Rarity, bless her voice, is still a bit too prissy personalitywise >_>;;).

The world is still broken beyond recovery with far too much physics abuse....but it is still watchable...even Pinkie Pie has had some decent stuff like in episode 14. Maybe she will continue to improve when I start 16.

Kinda odd they would outright skip the number 15 like that. Was it just a production error or something?

I would legit hang out with, in order of how much I would want to be mad bros with:

Rarity > Fluttershy = Twilight > RD

And I probably wouldn't hang out with AJ or Pinkie

I would legit hang out with

Fluttershy >= Twilight Sparkle >>> Applejack (on her day off because eff spending my hangout time working on a farm) > Rainbow Dash

And don't have anything in common with Pinkie or especially Rarity so they're out.

The best part about this show is exemplified in like, the last 2 posts.

The characters are different and varied, but they're all GOOD characters. Me and Gen here have pretty drastically different rankings, but I can easily see why he picked the ones he did. No ponyrank is wrong (Except all the ones that aren't mine). Pretty much any combination works. It's not something weird, like I can't see why anyone would rank say, Feferi over Karkat, or Eridan over Terezi, you get the picture.

Fluttershy and I at least have love of animals in common so there's a bunch we could do together, but I have no interest in dresses or fashion or decorating despite my gender so... yeah. Bye Rarity! I agree with everything else. Pinkie seems like she'd be the most fun to hang around but she's way too hyper and messy.

The funny thing about that is that at first, you only have the basic rhythm of the song stuck in your head, but that compels you to go watch the full song, which will make you memorize some of the lyrics, which will make it even more stuck in your head because you're singing along now, until you memorize the entire song by heart.

You will do this for every song in the show at one point or another.
