Maybe now the neighbors will think twice about letting their dogs roam free to do whatever they please. Damn thing was a mix between a Pitbull and what looked like German Sheppard. Anyways, I should probably deliver the story before animal rights activists and butthurt mods go to town on this topic.
I was over at my mom's place out in the front yard with my little brother and his puppy (identical to mine) and we were just chilling, playing with the puppy. Then out of nowhere, my mom's neighbor's dog comes charging towards the little thing and grabs it by the leg and starts shaking it violently. The puppy starts squealing. My little brother starts freaking out and yelling while I'm choking this damn dog with one arm and punching it in the face with the other. It had a pretty tight grip, but then I bit it on the ear and it let go fast. I was surprised nothing happened to me or my little brother, but the puppy's leg was broken clean in two. It's at the vet right now getting his leg set and everything and it'll cost my parents a pretty penny for the vet visit.
So anyways, the big dog runs back to it's side of the yard, but keeps watching us. Naturally, I go inside and load my shotgun and set it beside the door just in case. Wouldn't you know it. My mom went outside for just a moment to grab my little brother's puppy's leash and that's when I saw that damn dog charging again. I grabbed my gun, ran the short distance to my mom, and picked a clean shot right between the dog's eyes. As you can imagine, there wasn't much left of it's head, but I had the courtesy to drop his body off at our neighbor's front step for when they got home.
I can only imagine the screaming my parents will hear from that side of the road when their neighbors get home.
Moral of the story, if you own a hulking, muscular dog and you love it, tie it up.
