Amagami SS+ Char songs
this seems to be the first 3 girls SS+ did. 2 CD set strangely. a song for each girl and... ...a mini OST? background music. weird. well, the vocals first.

Your Smile - kinda boring really. doesn't get better either. 'whoops.' 5/10.

Ice Cream Hiyori - ...i suppose it doesn't take much to figure out which of the three girls sings about ice cream. and cake. and no thanks to the song. girl is good, her SS+ arc actually finished the SS route that pissed me off with how incomplete it was. but this... is just not that good. song was never her best feature i guess. 4/10.

SIMP-RISM - Ai gets the best song, but it's not that great of a song either. serviceable though. 5.5/10.

and from here the 2nd CD is all instrumentals. the first one's nice, a guitar piece. Rising happiness. and then it goes to hell. yeah, not even gonna bother one by one, the answer's the same for all: boring and not worth listening to.

Average of the 3 songs, 4.83/10.
of the whole thing though? don't bother.


Kill Me Baby: Sonya
2/2/1. same as Agiri. also merch shilling, though hers is a tad more violent.

Wanted! OBAKA dead or alive - ...hm. she's a better singer with this voice than Agiri is with hers. that said it's mostly there and has way too much synth. it also tries a little too hard to pitch the assassin vibe in the song at times. no lie, this actually sounded like somebody took a madonna track and crossed it with a couple others to fit a more assassin-like theme, but never losing that characteristic. 5/10.

Yakisoba Pan - this on the other hand is a blatant ripoff of Gunslinger Girls' OP. and to nobody's surprise, it's not on youtube. need to fix that... and a lot of others one of these days... but anyway, totally jacked the main beat from that song which is 100% on purpose. loli assassin 'why not.' also i like this song. not as much as the gunslinger girls op, but it's actually a pretty nice tune. 7/10.


Kill Me Baby: Agiri
2/2/1, song, karaoke, and... i believe merch shilling.

Teenage High School Ninja Girl - it... sounds like a teenage high school girl singing a song about being a ninja. strangely i'm not sure i have a better description because it's pretty accurate. also, the title is repeated in engrish half a dozen times. it fits the character pretty damn well actually. as for the song quality? it's... not bad. i even kinda like it. partially because she offers me magic during the song. 6/10.

Akichi to Noraneko - didn't really like this. but none of her songs are offensive. frankly i don't think a voice this soft can be. then again soft voices don't always get a pass (Sae's songs sucks). 4/10.

Average: 5/10


Kill Me Baby: Yasuna
2/2/1. same as the other two. merch shilling is done in a rather perky way.

HOW TO ENJOY - No. Do not want. if this song explains how to enjoy this song then i'd like a translation because that ain't happening anytime soon as is. instrumental version's better. probably the best thing on this, and it STILL ain't even making the half. 3/10.

Kyou no Futari de - better in that i can listen to it. worse in that the song has the standard mirc sound in the background playing a couple times which makes me think there's a spambot or i just connected to a server again. dammit yasuna. song though.... eh, better. still bad. 4/10

Hunter x Hunter OST
skip it. there's a couple tracks here and there that get your attention but then they finish 30 seconds later. not worth it at all.



might actually catch up most of this stuff in time after all.

I don't think I really have a route ranking now since I don't remember which routes most of the funny stuff and broments are in. Of course, I remember which tournaments and romance is in which but those aren't my favorite parts of Majikoi at all.

I would say that the prologue is still my favorite part though.

If the anime hadn't included her sooner the arc with Bossun's past is the first time Rumi would have shown up in the series. I think the same goes for his mom too though she might have appeared briefly once before it. Anyways I just finished the anime version of the arc and still really enjoyed it.

On an unrelated note the newest Toriko chapter was so manly. One man vs ingredients in a wrestling ring complete with mic rants.
