Is Vince Mcmahon even involved anymore? And I always wondered, did people really hate him, or did they all just go along with the act, and on that note, was he really an evil boss?

When did Michael Cole turn into a heel? Wasn't he usually moreso a face announcer?

And does Shawn Michaels wrestle anymore?

Vince isn't on the show anymore. As for does he still do the work behind the scenes? Not sure, but I think he's slowly starting to move away from it and give more power to HHH (son in law).

No, Shawn is retired. He popped in for last RAW, but that's it.

Yeah, Undertaker retired Shawn a couple of years ago. Which now plays into the stories, as HHH is trying to break Taker's Wrestlemania win streak, to which Taker is pointing out that Shawn couldn't do it and he's way better than HHH

Vince was kind of hated with the Montreal Screwjob in 97 and he played off that to develop a legit evil boss character. He's much less so now. He only makes occasional appearances. Triple H is the kayfabe Chief Operating Officer right now, and probably will be irl at some point, as well as the Chairman.

Vince isn't evil but he is a bit...odd. And has a tendency to let personal stuff get in the way if you believe what you hear

Vince is still as involved as ever (in some ways even moreso than ever). He's starting to give Triple H more influence, but ultimately Vince still has final say.
