Dobbs started the segment by saying that with both films, "Hollywood is once again trying to indoctrinate our children." Dobbs added, "two new films out this year, plainly with an agenda, plainly demonizing the so-called 1 percent and espousing the virtue of green-energy policies, come what may." Dobbs then described the plot of both films and showed a clip from each.
After discussing the "Occupy Wall Street" movement and showing clips of speeches from U.S. President Barack Obama, Dobbs said, "The president's liberal friends in Hollywood [are] targeting a younger demographic using animated movies to sell their agenda to children.
Yet he didn't do his research enough to realize that Arrietty isn't even MADE by Hollywood, so what agenda would there be?
These are grown men talking about an underlying agenda in animated films targeted at children. Journalism at its finest.
And what the hell with that one guy saying to buy a tub of popcorn, eating it all, and then throwing it on the theatre floor for someone to clean up? I mean....what the f***?

Okay, Chief, take 'em away. I'm gonna go home and sleep with my wife. ~ Mr. Green Enjoy the silence.
Phase posted... Wow. The framing in the segment literally says the film is from Japan. It takes some severe cognitive dissonance to ignore your own preamble.

I really don't get why people say these sorts of things when the source is available for viewing RIGHT IN THE DAMN ARTICLE.
Oh I read the source too. Not saying that what Lou Dobbs said didn't happen, I'm just saying..
it has anime in the title, which has been scientifically proven to reduce testosterone production, unlike iphones in your pocket or hot baths.

You're messing with me! You're messing with me, aren't you!? You're making fun of me, aren't you!? Aren't you!? You definitely are! I'll murder you!
I didn't actually look at that article or anything so maybe I misunderstood. I was thinking they're saying it's cutting down "the 1%" or whatever. Is it just green energy stuff that Fox is pissed about?
"two new films out this year, plainly with an agenda, plainly demonizing the so-called 1 percent and espousing the virtue of green-energy policies, come what may."

I would assume that Fox News objects to the idea of the Borrower people taking stuff from humans. Not sure where any sort of environmental message was present in the movie, nor how this is connected to the Occupy movement, considering the movie is almost two years old.
