What are your thoughts on the subject?

I personally find it to be more entertaining than the alternatives.

I don't like the fact that I have to pay a TV license because of them, but overall they've got enough good content to keep me satisfied.

Yeah. Nice website too.

It's just all-round classier and better than, say, ITV (the most well-known alternative). ITV is generally complete trash TV in comparison.

eh ITV's fine, Corrie is excellent for the soap crew, they also have a good Tour de France package.

TV Burp is good and ITV's also putting a fair amount of money into detective dramas which have been pretty decent.

Channel 4's prolly the best but that's mostly due to their other channels like more4, e4 and film four adding very good content for its target audiences.

BBC's got flaws with all the budget cuts, but it generally picks it's spots well until it goofs up big time with stuff like F1.

I do like the BBC, but in recent years, Dave has become a firm favourite.

What's your Friday night lineup, BBC? Nothing good except Graham Norton? Well, guess I'll just watch four episodes of QI XL back to back on Dave then.
