I didn't think they'd be able to deliver after the greatness of the first game but they've managed to pull it off.

I mean, I was expecting a good game, but this is possibly better than Portal!

Portal 2's main campaign is really really flawed. Worst thing in the world is how many "find the portal" parts there are, and the middle of the game really drags too much and it gets very boring.


Co-Op is the true sequel to Portal! Don't think I was ever bothered by that, just good stuff all the way.

Definitely. I really liked the new puzzle elements they added, and the story is great as well. Still gotta do co-op with someone.

The pixel-hunting does suck, though. I got stuck on multiple puzzles where I thought I had to do some crazy physics thing and really only needed to aim upwards and find a white surface.

I did just run across this. I was kind of letdown.

But still, I am impressed with this game.

Oh man, there was one part where I actually kept running into an invisible wall meant to block off a previous area during my insane shenanigans, when all I needed to do was look up, and click.

Portal 2 is indeed awesome, and much better than the first game.
Co-op is also WAY more amazing than it has any business being, definitely play through that as well.

Personally I would have enjoyed Portal 2 more if it had big areas AND short areas in-between
Having too much big areas right after another is pretty tiring IMO

Yeah I didn't like the "Where's Wally With White Walls" stuff, but most of it was pretty easy I found. And GMUN is right about it dragging a little bit in the middle, but it's never not fun. It's just not as in-your-face awesome as the rest of the game.

Excellent game that went for a completely different tone than Portal 1 and succeeded. Was very lively, very fun, and very much having-the-best-cast-of-only-three-characters ever.

Portal's still better, though. Dat atmosphere.

Co-op has the charm of Portal 1, just great puzzles, and GladOS, which is great.
