All the side missions were either souless fetchquests or multiplayer maps thrown into the main game (and they were clearly MP maps first). Definately not as good as ME2. I can appreciate that, however at the end, when everything was said and done, it was just a glorified maze to herd a bunch of cattle to a slaughter house. You just end up getting screwed.
