Immersion is forgetting that you're playing a game, and it's different for everyone.

This.

Not seeing time fly by doesn't mean the game it,s immersive, just that you enjoy it.

I mean time past fast while playing say TF2, but it's not immersive at all.

Yes.

I'm not saying it isn't hard for a game to be really immersive, but that just makes it that more impressive when it does happen. Sands of Time, Okami, TF2, Just Cause 2, these are some of my favorite games in part because of how immersive they are, which is strange in a sense because of how obviously gamey they are.

See to ayuyu, TF2 isn't immersive, but to me it is. Especially when I'm playing in a match with my team, I absolutely identify with my character, and there is a personal connection with my teammates and my enemies. Obviously they ARE actual people on the other end, but still.

I have recently learned that there is an ether crystal limit so now I am crafting gems like never before, and no matter what language I set the game to it is annoying.

I didn't go back there until much later than it first became available, and... I didn't have enough materials to do anything. It kinda sucks. You need super specific materials to upgrade. I was trying to do it so I could get that portable gem thing, but yeah. There are a few cool missions though, but they don't help the restoration.

Game is just too fun.

This still sucks royally though. I have no idea how but I must have been holding Z and R for some dumbass reason while 'loading' my game. Since the popup message looked so damn similar to the normal 'load this file?' one I didn't read it.

Yeah I just made 3 save files. 2 at first but I accidentally made a third one so I just decided to save 3. I've also made this mistake before so I try my best to avoid it now >_>

If I ever make a long RPG game, I am gonna make sure to implement mandatory double saves. Or at least, after deleting a save, it remains in memory so you can restore it if you want until you turn off the machine.
