You start to run around the Bellsprout in order to twist it into knots. As expected the Bellsprout shoots vines out at you one after another which slowly start choking the rest of its body. They are slightly longer then you thought they would be, but you are pretty confident in this plan

You climb a tree as the vines start lashing you. This seems to slow down the Bellsprout for a moment, but suddenly the tree is ripped from its roots and flings you to the ground.

You try to tangle the vines by hopping around them, but you lose track of where they are, when suddenly a vine bursts behind you and grabs you.

Voltorb starts rolling towards you at high speeds! What do you do?
A. Jump out of the way
You jump out of the way just as a giant explosion rocks your body. The voltorb seems to be out of commission but that explosion sure hurt.

Noticing your vulnerable position you take cover as an explosion fills the arena. You brush yourself off and wait for the next challenge. Good C.Jump over it
You Jump over the Voltorb and just as you are directly above it, it explodes, blasting you into pieces.

You start to chase the Pikachu which is using its agility to avoid you and hop around the ring. It stops for a second.

You jump straight at the Pikachu when suddenly the Pikachu is just inches away from where it just was. Just far enough away to prevent you from hitting it, but just close enough where there is nothing you can do to avoid the incoming shock.

You don’t wait to find out what the Pikachu is doing, as you start blasting the area around it. The Pikachu is startled and was obviously unprepared for this. This gives you the upper hand.

You sense something odd is going on, and so you pause for just a second. Pikachu pauses then flicks a little bit to the side but then suddenly shows a look of confusion. This is your moment to strike. You catch the Pikachu completely unaware.

You figure out Pikachu’s pattern and analyze exactly where it will jump to next, and proceed to rush that position. You arrive at the position a split second….before the Pikachu. Pikachu jumps on top of you, just so you can look up and see a blast of lightning about to flow straight into you.

The walls of the gym start to drop in the centers, showing a reflective surface. Raichu starts to charge up.
A. Attack the reflective surfaces
You rush to one of the reflective surfaces and start to hit it with everything you have, which you find does nothing. You stare at it just long enough to realize that a beam of electricity is bouncing from surface to surface and is aimed right at you.

You Run from what you know is incoming, but the Raichu creates almost a fence of Thunder streaming from its dome above. There is nowhere to run to.

C. Sprint underneath the dome –
You Sprint under the dome as the Raichu uses the dome as a prism to split the Lightning around the room. You watch in Awe as the entire arena is illuminated in a sphere of energy. The only place that is safe is directly under the Dome where the prisim doesn’t have a clear accessible point. You watch the entire arena char, until finally the Raichu falls over exhausted. You walk over and end it.

You attempt to hide in a corner, but the sphere of lightning is able to hit even the most remote of places. You are fried pretty badly.

E. Hit it while it is charging
You hit the Raichu while it is charging, only to find that its entire body is conducting Electricity and it flows straight into you. You slowly roast as the endless powers courses through.

B. Take the elevator to the third floor
You take the elevator down to the third floor. As the door opens you are face to face with two men who are dressed as soldiers with their guns pointed at you. You freeze and let the doors close again. Just as the door is almost closed one of them takes a shot at you and hits you in the arm. As the elevator starts to rise you look at your bleeding arm and regret trying to mess with them.

You go down to the equipment room and try to see if they have any monitoring software. Luckily they do , and you watch the security footage of the last few hours. You notice that there is activity on the floor near the hour and half hour mark but other than that it is mostly clear. You wait 15 minutes till it is 12:45, and proceed to the 3rd floor.

A. Fight the man to get in You decide to fight the man to try to force your way in. Unfortunately the man seems to be one of the greatest pokemon trainers around, so great in fact, that he was hired specifically for this purpose. He makes short work of your pokemon, and you barely make it out with your life.

You convince the man that you are a member of the staff that work the ship. Luckily you know enough about the ship and the area that you are able to confidently state enough for him to let you bye. It didn’t hurt that you picked up a uniform in the equipment room either.

C. Trick the Hijacker
You walk into the Hijackers office and pretend to work with him. You decide that it is in your best interest to hijack the ship first and then take him out. Unfortunately while you are secretly on the phone with PBI (Pokemon bureau of investigations) you are caught. The Hijacker beats you and leaves you to die. He then proceeds to throw you off the ship. Luckily a fisherman finds your body and takes you to the hospital where you stay for a while

The Hijacker starts to monologue about how great he is and everything. Suddenly a stereotypical evil person report about how good people are attacking comes in. The Hijacker detonates explosives on the ship and the ship starts to sink.
Your weakest pokemon by level is shown in Sepia valiantly helping rescue everyone. The hour long backstory that this lottery skipped about how this pokemon was always too weak to be of assistance in the past is contrasted with the great strength of heart this pokemon now has! Sad music starts to play as the last person is helped off the ship as the pokemon drowns. The camera pans to the sky, and then pans down to sad people, then pans to the sky again, and then pans to more people. The screen goes black and then suddenly lights up and shows more sad people. Then there is a 10 minute clip of interviews from random people talking about how they now own private islands and it never would have happened if not for this pokemon. Suddenly your pokemon comes back to life! And then dies again. Everyone is sad once more. You question why you read this long meandering paragraph. I question why you read this long meandering paragraph, but nevertheless the pokemon is dead. Actually he is not. You wake up and realize it was all a dream and nothing happens. Everything that I type after this paragraph are just random meaningless things that test to see if you actually read this paragraph or if you aren’t paying attention and just quickly skimming down to see what happened to your pokemon. There will also be penalties involved to those who don’t read. So once again nothing happened and everything I write after this is a lie. Your pokemon then goes to the eternal grave of sadness and misery. Luckily it was a good pokemon and so it is able to have not as sad of a life as some of the other pokemon that have come before. This brings you not much solace as he is still dead. You decide to host a grand funeral In his honor spending all of your money in making it the grandest ceremony in all of pokemondom. You decide to reward those that show up to the funeral as well by giving up your items to reward them for their sacrifice and greatness. This makes the other people quite happy.
