I would probably skip Fear Itself in its entirety, even the crossovers, except maybe Avengers Academy. A terrible event. It would be the worst in over a decade of AvX wasn't beating it out for that title!
The main Avengers book I am fairly certain has been Bendis since #1, meaning it's never been good.
Secret AVengers started out boring, can't speak for it right now.
Avengers Academy has always been OK to pretty good, though there's been a noticeable quality dip after Fear Itself, especially on the art, which wasn't great to begin with. New Avengers has also always been Bendis and has always been terrible.
Wow, Avengers deserves better.
Thank god for the new creative teams coming up.

Is that really getting cancelled? Shame. And Loki will probably go back to being exactly as he was before.
It isn't getting cancelled per say. Gillen said that he had about thirty issues(although it might have been thirty more issues or thirty total issues) and then the story he wanted to tell with Kid Loki is done. What that means for Kid Loki I dunno.

Caught up up to ResMan. I have an observation to make... It seems that 90% of the time, the cover has almost nothing to do with the contents of the issue.
F***. Will I be missing anything important if I don't read those issues? I don't have them, so if they are really important I'll have to get them on Thursday when I go to my LCS.

What? No %$#^ing way they will actually be cancelled Fantastic Four. Maybe relaunching it but %$#^ing cancelling it. lol. Anyways at least one more of Remender's deaths is in Secret Avengers. And oh %$#^ yes WatX in Avengers Academy playing Flag Football. X-men Legacy is also ending. Not that sad to see it go tbh.

the only book there that i'll really miss is journey into mystery, because there's definitely not going to be something to replace that. fantastic four, as great as it's been, has probably run its course. but some of those books need a change - iron man and captain america especially - while most of the other books aren't very good.
