As someone who lives half an hour away from Sweden, no he wasn't. He had no idea what he was talking about, and people are merely trying to defend the inaccurate claims that come from that, which is why this is still a debate for whatever reason.

Sure, that last bit is correct as Zylo pointed out. Racism is not as big a thing in Sweden as here fortunately. But that doesn't mean they'd keep their mouths completely sealed.

I'd hope it's safe most of the time. But the amount of incidents, increased rapes, etc. are alarming, to say the least. He says that this is not all of refugees, but also on 2nd and 3rd generation non-Europeans.

If you want to see snow and that then make sure you travel to the northern part of Sweden. The winter usually sucks in the south where I live.

It's not that immigrants are going crazy raping people, it's that things previously unreported as assault are being reported as such now.

I lived in Stockholm for a while and can confirm car fires happened all the time. You couldn't go to the store without cars just randomly igniting into flames. It was especially annoying since I would be trying to study in the library and you'd hear these explosions outside. Really disconcerting.

This is why the Swedes have resorted to biking, actually. Even Volvo is starting to make bikes for the Swedish market and mostly just exporting their cars.

I'll call a spade a spade when he ignores socio-economic factors in favor of only seeing what he wants to see.

That doesn't mean i think you should just ignore crime or absolve criminals of their wrongdoings. But if you are going to focus on crime as an issue you should at least do it honestly and not just in a way that furthers your other agendas.

Well I dunno how far I will go, you can only do so much in Europe in a month which is probably how much I'm willing to do. I went to a few cities last time and did a few things on the country side

I am tempted to just do a Euro only trip just so I don't have to switch currencies the time but then I'd miss out on the U.K. (Which I didn't really get to) And Prague (My favorite of the cities I went to)

This will also be years from now when I'm more well off and have plenty of vacation time

If people erroneously call someone a racist, absolutely. It's all liberals have when they can't form an actual argument -- just throw buzzwords around when you can't debate with facts, because liberals cannot win debates with facts anymore.

In every area overrun with radical Muslims ("radical" being the key word here, no one in this topic is saying they hate all Muslims or hate Islam), you see all manner of atrocities. These are facts, not racism. We're not talking about the peaceful Shia sect of Islam that's been hit the hardest of all by these radicals, which I've said multiple times I have no issues with. The Sunni radicals are what we should worry about, and we now know the overwhelming majority of these migrants from Syria are radicalized Sunni Muslims, and are predominantly military aged males. If these people are on the up and up, it would be the first refugee crisis in human history where the refugees were mainly military aged men instead of women and children. Use some common sense on that one.

You can't go one day in Sweden anymore without one of these migrants committing a violent crime. Pure fact, no debate to be had, and Sweden needs a mass deportation squad if they want their country back. The liberal policy of open borders is an abject failure in every part of the world where it's implemented.

what would you think about a global ban on all organized religion in any/every form? just curious.
