Nah it's not good filler. First 2 seasons follow the manga pretty close, 1st season I think has a couple of filler episodes here and there but nothing too bad. 2nd season is fantastic and easily the best part of the show. 3rd season doesn't follow the manga at all iirc and it just isn't particularly good.

Don't remember how the anime finished but it doesn't resolve the story like the manga does. The manga goes through one final arc, and a pretty good one at that. The anime doesn't cover this arc at all.
