This was the question. It was easier to ask it as electricity though. It makes a high pitch sound that not everyone can hear. I used to work at at Walmart and the overhead lights always buzzed. I thought all people heard it until my friend said he cant.

Yeah I can hear if a tv is on in another room (but no audio)
