Host: This Raw was the shits. Outside of Strowman's involvement, Raw since Wrestlemania has sucked, and this show gave me no reason to want to watch Payback. Even if Smackdown has Shinsuke Nakamura start the show, doesn't talk, and have him stand there for two hours, it'll be better than Raw.

I like to give WWE the benefit of the doubt but I have like 0 interest in this ppv. Like I only partially interested because I feel like Strowman should win but I don't think WWE is smart enough to do it.

Roman has to come out of this looking strong, especially when coming back from his "injury". While I'd love to see this ending with a Braun victory (even with the excuse that Roman wasn't fully recovered) I just don't see it happening. At best for Braun, I see a no contest. Still expecting it to be a clean spear win for Roman though.

If we knew what the match was, and it was a failure, yeah, it woud probably be booed to hell.

But we have NO IDEA what the fucking thing even is, and no title is on the line, so I think it's just gonna be indifference.

I just...don't get Payback at all.

Reigns/Strowman - It has Reigns, so whatever
Orton/Wyatt - Worst match on Mania, shoehorned into whatever the fuck this is
Owens/Jericho - WM match was great, but not MotN great. More of the same here
Rollins/Joe - Probably Match of the Night, unless Tag or Cruiserweights go nuts
Hardys v. Cesaro and Sheamus - In ring, Hardy's aren't great. Cesaro will make this insanely good though
Alexa/Bayley - Eh. Alexa's strength is on the mic. Maybe Bayley can mask that in the match
Neville/Aries - Didn't see the WM match, heard it was good. Odds are this will be fine
Enzo/Cass v. Gallows/Anderson - zzzz

It has some good things about it, but Raw PPVs have had notoriously bad booking decisions that messed up decent matches. And they also want Balor in a talking segment before the show? The fuck?
