Not counting parking? None. Counting parking? Two, I think, both for forgetting that I'd left the car parked on the street on street cleaning night.

Four. Speeds were:

39 in a 25.

74 in a 60 work zone where it's normally 70 (which was the biggest load of bullshit because it was 3AM, there were no construction workers or other cars around for miles, and the "construction" was on the median, so what was normally 2 lanes and a shoulder was STILL 2 lanes and a shoulder, but there were traffic cones on the OUTSIDE of the shoulder...Still clearly pisses me off to this day).

86 in a 65, but the guy only cited me for 80 in a 65.

47 in a 35.

None for over a year though, so that's good! *knocks on wood*

Six. I've also been pulled over because I hadn't renewed my tags yet twice, but those they let slide as long as you update them before you go to pay the fine, and I don't think you're counting those.

moving violation for not completely stopping at a red light before turning right.

moving violation for failing to come to a complete stop at a stop sign before going through.

On of those both ocassions, there was literally no one on any of the other intersections, but there was a cop right behind me.

Got caught by a traffic cam on two different occassions going through a red light that turned yellow at that distance where you're not quite sure if you can make it, but if you don't go through you pretty much have to slam on your brakes.

Two speeding tickets. Fucking speed traps. I've got a 45 minute commute to work, and the little town in the middle of my route dips down from 55mph to 45mph than 30mph, than back to 45mp for a bit before going back to 55mph. First one, I was running late and got a ticket for 68 in a 45, second one was 59 in a 65. I just was zoned out and thought i'd hit the 55mph per sign already.

Three I think? Two fix-it tickets for broken brake light and rear signal light and one speeding ticket for going 83 MPH in a 65 MPH zone.

Halifax. I think they were like $30. It largely only happens on residential streets, where there's one night a week where one side of the street will be no parking between midnight and 8 AM. It's not generally hard to avoid, since the other side of the street will be available and driveways are a thing, but forgetting happens.

Three:

one for going straight through a right-turn-only lane (before that, I had always thought that that was just a suggestion >_>)
one for blocking an intersection because the cars were too backed up in front of me (due to a red light that I thought was going to turn green in time)
one for making a left turn at a no-left-turn intersection (which I had done many times before, but at some point the intersection got a no-left-turn sign)

Geico.

Did you actually save 15% or more on car insurance by switching to Geico?

I've always had Geico. First on my parents and then on my own. Been with them so long no one else can seem to touch the rates.

One place wanted me to bundle but it was like 25% more just for the auto insurance. They tried to justify it that after 5 years it'll be the same as Geicos. I asked about the money I spend in the mean time, will I get that back in 5 years? Uhhh.... no? Then how am I saving money again? Lol

I check every once in awhile, but Geico's the best rates, and I have a good history with them.

Ah. I might consider getting a quote at some point if I'm bored. I just did State Farm because my older brother switched to them when he moved, so I just got the number from him and called them.

Both tickets were a bit over $400. Damn Manitoba.

-Rear end (following too closely), not registered, no proof of insurance, 50 in a 25
-Another rear end (improper start from a stopped position)

I feel like I'm missing one, but that's all I can think of right now.

25 actually. And I'm generally a good driver, I just like to speed. Pretty sure I picked that up from my mom. And I don't think I have any, I've gotten a lawyer for all of my tickets.

Not counting parking tickets: Six. Counting parking tickets: Seven.

1. Speeding - 68 in a 55 (March '95). Paid fine.
2. Ran a red light (July '95). Paid fine.
3. Ran a red light (January '96). Elected for driver improvement school.
4. Following too closely, led to accident (September 2001, about a week and a half after 9/11). Paid fine.
5. Speeding - 37 in a 30 (would've been in the low 40's, but I commended the cops on doing their job well that they were willing to cut me some slack, it happened somewhere in 2003 or 2004). Paid fine.
6. Speeding - 58 in a 45 or thereabouts (somewhere around Memorial Day 2005). Paid fine.

And the parking ticket - got it at University of North Florida around October or November 1994 - I didn't have the parking permit hanging from the rear view mirror one morning (I was in a hurry because I was running late). I paid the fine.

I don't tailgate though. I can see where the assumption came from though. The first rear end I'll admit I was texting. Second one was at a standstill on the freeway and I took my foot off the break when the person in front of me did and slightly tapped them.

Two.

The first one I was trying to make it through on a yellow light. I didn't quite make it and there just happened to be a sheriff sitting in the dark at 1am watching a relatively barren intersection.

The second one was for speeding. 85 in a 65. CHP officer wrote it for 75 instead. I did the traffic school to keep it from affecting my insurance.
