You quote someone who quoted someone who quoted someone....etc.

I was once like the 4th person in a quote chain, with several people then quoting me and moving it forward, but I was the ONLY one from the chain that was modded. I accepted it before I looked at the topic and saw I was the only one hit from it.

one person makes a stupid one-liner and then everyone keeps consecutively quoting it and the posts get bigger and bigger
nobody responds or adds anything, they just keep quoting and taking up a ton of space

This, but they've mostly been NKL's these days. The last time I got seriously modded was like two years ago for posting some sexy anime girl pics that went a little bit too far, which got me warned. I started using alt accounts to post anything that was really risky.

The moderation I'm still salty about is the KFC one from like 7 years ago. Australia isn't America mods we don't have the same underlying connotations/stereotypes.

I used to get a lot, mostly due to over sensitive mods. The exact rules are unclear, so you never know when you cross some line here. Few of the moderations were complete bullshit, if others were modded by that logic there would be ahit ton of people on warnd status and lose karma points fast.

Extremely rarely. I can only remember a few times I've been modded. I did get one recently though, 3KL to boot.

When it does happen, it's because I got a little loose when posting, a little "non-PC" and admittedly said something that could be twisted into something offensive but in reality is pretty tame. It's usually a simple observation I made, never an actual blatantly offensive statement or insult.

I can't be bothered to argue them since I don't really care and karma doesn't mean anything past a certain point.

About maybe once every 3-4 years. Last one was for suicide talk, and I knew it was likely. One before that was when I phrased something wrong and it was accidentally taken the wrong way, before that was for unmarked spoilers even though I was answering the titke's question directly and the title was marked for spoilers.

1 time for accidentally saying fuck before I turned off the censor stuff. I don't remember if there was a karma loss, but I was suspended for a few days, but that was years ago.
