L0Z 05/20/17 12:55:33 AM #4:	I think I figured out how to make it sound less awkward. Technically the USDA wouldn't be the Author. Since its and org/publisher it is less important than the title of the article title. Since the individual that wrote the article isn't named I can put ("The Effects of Growth Hormones on Plants"). ? the sources I'm using are purely examples.
