If you mention the source in the sentence, for example: According to the United States Department of Agriculture blah blah blah, do you need to have in text citation at the end saying, "(United States Department of Agriculture)."?

I think I figured out how to make it sound less awkward. Technically the USDA wouldn't be the Author. Since its and org/publisher it is less important than the title of the article title. Since the individual that wrote the article isn't named I can put ("The Effects of Growth Hormones on Plants"). ?

the sources I'm using are purely examples. My essay has nothing to do with USDA or agriculture.
