@Scept: I did that at first, until MK said that he was joking when he claimed. So I threw that read out of the water. My subsequent reads are due to the fact that I know him IRL, and for some reason I can read people way better when i do. Such as my brother when he plays. A standard Lightning Rod allows you to target a player and force them to target you with their night actions

I scanned VI as scum, but people are apparently inclined to buy VI's 'well i just randomly became miller'.

Also, I think I explained that MK was who I thought was the worst vote on Red's list. It struck me as opportunistic, and weird that he would have so little stake in any of the other lynches being offered. I guess he was on my lynch, but I didn't ever feel like he was seriously trying to get me lynched.

People didn't seem to notice when I mentioned it before, but that's what I said. It effectively makes day one and several roles useless to get people talking and theorizing. A concept puns has brought up being used in a mafia game in the past.

It seems odd to me that people are so willing to buy 'this game has a bunch of strong power that only functions if VI is lynched D1' (which I am rapidly beginning to believe was the only acceptable start to this game) and yet not 'VI is scum' even though it doesn't make a very big difference which team he's even on for how the role would work.
