Philado Castile's furious mother took the streets and gave a harsh speech tonight against innocent civilian killer, Jeronimo Yanez who fatally shot him with unjust cause after a jury of 12, 10 of where White and 2 were black.

The decision was announced nealy a year after the shocking event was streamed online..

After the verdict was red, Valerie Castile stormed out and said "F*** this s***. I'm mad as hell right now. My son loved this city and this city killed my son. The system continues to fail black people and it will continue to fail you all. Like i said, because this happened with Philando, and when they get done with us, they are coming for you and your interracial children. Yanez may have got away with justice on this planet of existence. He will not get away with divine justice. He has to answer to someone bigger than all of us. He's just here. We're just going through this human experience, and he will have to face his creator..I hope he DIES tonight!!"

Yanez was charged with manslaughter after shooting the 32 y/o when he was originally only pulled over for a broken taillight.

Yanez shot him SEVEN times just seconds after Castile informed him he was carrying a gun and reached into his glove compartment as his g/f said he was just getting his license.

Yanez said he ignored his commands not to pull out the gun and he "feared" for his life.

The city has said that it will be "best served" if Yanez no longer works for the city as they plan to offer him a "voluntary separation" to find another job

The 12 member jury deliberated for 5 days before announcing their decision on Friday as they told the judge they were deadlocked and sent them back to deliberation.

A member of the jury that acquitted the Minnesota officer said it was "very, very hard" but thinks the panel made the right decision..

The jury was split 10-2 in favour of an acquittal as they will not reveal who the 2 holdouts were.

Diamond Reynolds, Philando's gf said "i am incredibly disappointed with the jury's verdict. My bf, Philando castile was pulled over because, per Officer Yanez, he had a wide nose and looked suspect. God help America"

If convicted, Yanez would have faced only 10 years in prison, though sentencing guidelines suggest around 4 years is more likely. However, he will walk free.

He told the man he had a gun and a license to carry it. He went for his wallet and got shot 7 times with a preschooler and his girlfriend in the car.

The officer was a fucking idiot and should've gone to jail and I HOPE there's a riot about it soon because this nonsense keeps happening

This. People are going to try and bring up the BLM in favor of the officer, but he was too quick to pull his gun and fired without any indication that something bad would happen to him. Dude is not fit for police work, and I'm at least glad that they won't keep him on the force. That decision was bs though.

As it is, minorities are already OVER-represented on that jury. Blacks make up 13% of the population, yet they comprised 16% of the jury >_> Plus the race of the defendant wasn't even represented, which -- by your logic -- works against him yet he won anyway.

Clearly there was more to the story than your allegations, since a jury of 12 found him not guilty.
