So basically what happened is i met her playing friday the 13th. i friended her and the other day i added her to a private match with a bunch of my friends. She was a really cool chick and i think i feel in love with her. She even liked the exact same counselor with the exact same clothing down to the shoes. I see things that aren't there so i assumed this was liek saying she liked me or whatever. Like she copied me. But i knew she just happened to like the same outfit and the characters stats. My problem is i see things when there isn't anything to become of the situation. So I just convince myself i am wrong and no way she likes me. I reason down the wild assumptions. So i was okay and then she sent me a goodnight message. wasn't anything crazy just that she was going to bed. I said goodnight and it was fun. She said she had fun too with some happy emoji's and goodnight again. Well now im being crazy and take this as more then what is meant. Which is just goodnight. So i haven't been able to stop thinking about her for the passed to days and have refused to play the game because i don't want to accidently run into her. Her name started with a a so she popped up before any of my other friends on steam. So i decided to just block and unfriend her. She won't care and it's better to cut this off now so she doesn't fall for me, i have a tendency of causing broken hearts so i am kind of afraid of relationships. First time happened in 3rd grade. Made this chick break down and cry on the street. I feel terrible about that everyday and it effects me. I don't like hurting people and afraid to get close for that exact reason.

yeha i know, when it comes to relationship stuff or me liking someone i just try and stay away. Had too much shit happen and relationships jsut aren't worth it anymore. I don't want to be married or anything like that. So this is how i stay single and away from possibilities of falling for someone. Yeah i know crazy but eh.

OOOOOOOOHHHHHHHH I see where everyone is getting at and why it comes off weirder then it should lmao No this does not normally happen and i have never done this before today. I had a girlfriend through here before and long distance sucks in the first place. My issue was that seeing her name made me want to talk to her and get closer. To stop myself from that, i blocked and unfriended her. I am not doing this just for my benefit but hers. Don't want to hurt her by breaking her heart. So it's best to just stay away from the situation entirely.

I met her one day........i am sure it is not that big of a deal and i am sure she doesn't like me as much yet. May never happen, but on the off chance it does, it jsut isn't good. best to just nip it in the butt now then let it fester and be harder on her if it ever happens. knowing my luck, it probably would happen. The point was getting ahead of this before it ever does become a big deal. Hey i knwo how this sounds, which is why i made that poll hahahahahaha

I contribute most actions people do to things in their life. My brain is crazy and emotionally unstable. So i build the walls to contain it. my emotional scars and past make me build these walls. So i would say probably a little bit of both. Well i formed a connection and bond with everyone here? If i wasn't connected to the forums i wouldn't have even posted this. I gave you a 9 for multiple reasons, possibly not the ones you intended when you made this post.
a) You can't make a poll properly-I presume you meant 10 instead of 0 but I wasn't picking that in case you really meant 0 and start to think you're not a whackjob.
b) You barely know this girl and I guarantee you're not as awesome and irresistible as you think-neurotic and self absorbed, possibly but not that epic.
c) Clearly you don't actually give a crap about her or respect her enough to let her make up her own mind about you, you just want attention and someone to give you an 'attaboy' for your weird life choices.
Next time you get an instinct about how to behave around a girl, fight it and do the opposite. You might appear desirable by accident.

LMAO nah i didn't want a attaboy. Also yeah i fucked up and put 0 which is why i want to close this topic lmao. To many errors caught way way to late lol. but the topic was because i personally feel it is a 10 and wanted to see if others thought i was right hahahaha basically evaluating my own choices. Was also curious what people would think. I kind of have a sense of self humor. So i don't mind. I like seeing the different reactions to PotD. Well it isn't that i was like ya know totally 100% sure. If you read my post, i feel if i am attracted to someone it is best to cut it off in case she does like me too. Even if the chance is like 1%. I am saying my luck i would hit the 1% because the universe likes seeing me fumble on a superbowl touchdown. So i just cut things off because i don't want to fall into the trap of being in a relationship. Which is a crazy thought and i am self aware enough to acknowledged this thought process. This reminds me of when I were in my teens and used to online date. Said online dating was never real though as it never became real life for one reason or another. Still I felt a connection with some of these people. A meeting of the minds really. I became really obsessed with one gal though. No surprise that didn't end well. Still the rule of the thumb is unless you actually meet face to face it's all very much futile.

People like to pretend that the women they meet online and text message are the loves of their lives until they actually see a picture of them, and then the illusion falls apart because you imagine them being super attractive when they're really just average at best and an absolute mutt, at worst.

You just really want attention, and you'd probably fall for a wet sheet of paper if it talked to you. Go out and join some social clubs outside of work. You just need some real friends.

hahahah look it wasn't a serious thing or anything like that. Never blocked a person or unfriended them over something as ridiculous as this before. I realized i overreacted thought it was funny and wanted to post it on here. But i do have to explain some things. i messed up the fell in love thing and meant falling in love or something. Basically i felt connected to her on friendly level. She also wasn't the only girl i ever talked to or played with on a game.

It wasn't just a "oh a girl talked to me oh my gosh" kind of thing. She had a personality that i really liked. I am pretty picky with woman and though looks do play a role in being attracted to someone it isn't the end all be all. Some very attractive woman can be total scumbags, same with ugly woman. I am attracted to how someone is rather then their looks. It wasn't like i played one game and then caught feelings. Didn't really think she was special until her last words. Then i realized she was cool and i wanted to talk to her more. So instead of being able to talk to her, i cut myself off by unfriending her and blocking her. Then i don't have to worry about her accidentally liking me.

I don't find many girls that I like and when i do, i usually end up dating them. I rather not be in a relationship now or in the future. rather cut this off before she even gets to know me. Because your right let's look at this logically. Let's say we do become close friends, but i decide i want more. She denies me or whatever, then i go on to block her or unfriend her or avoid her or whatever. That would hurt her because she just lost a friend over nothing, over something that wasn't even in her control. I rather not hurt her in general, because well i do like her and me being her friend would only bring hurt and misery in the end.
