Same here. Very close to ranking up too, which means I get to dump a whole bunch of stamina into random dungeons tomorrow morning. I knew I was going to be cutting it close trying to blow through Zoldaad, but damn...looks like I need to count on maintenance starting 30 minutes before it's scheduled. Check.

Lid is easily the best character, period.

Dark Fina got a lot better after MystdiA and Gronoa.

Sakura's development is actually kinda solid. And I like how she got on our side.

Lasswell... I'm a fan of Kain, and he feels like a better Kain. Fits the role of Lancer perfectly.

Jake-hate the womanizer trait, but he has just enough connected to him in zoladad to be ok.

Nichol- cool tactical mind, but woefully underutilized. Olderion plot and him being the only one of his siblings not to be...indisposed ( and the guilt with that), keeps him just above the bottom

Rain- typical MC. Daddy issues make him ok. Other than thwt, bland.

Think my expeditions are 4-5 turns tops since I rotate Synthesis once.

Luneth bridges the gap well for Orlandeau.

Edit: 5-6 depending on if Luneth gets killed before Rikku is set up now when I tested.

I usually go like this:

Prebattle: setup Tidus with Excalibur and Setzer with Battlehoop if I have a Spirit Slayer 900+ ATK TGC, or Apocalypse for Tidus and Icebrand for Setzer if there's a Spirit Slayer 700+ MAG Fryevia instead
Turn 1: Rainbow Veil, Arms Eraser, Guard Order, Mysidian Rabbit, Quick Hit + Divine Ruination/Frost Flower Blitz (and my offensive members don't use anything else ever)
Turn 2: Armor Eraser, Assault Order, Double Dice (and Setzer uses it forever), attack moves, Prism Heal/Radiant Light as the situation demands
Turn 3: King Mog spams Meteor every turn until he dies or I lacked the DPS, so WoL attacks to build Chain, Minfilia Call to Attack/Magic the Friend Unit, Radiant Light, attack moves
Turn 4: Arms Eraser, everybody else repeats
Turn 5: If still alive, WoL chains or Summons Golem and everybody else repeats

Hell I've even gotten cocky and started using Tidus's LB to level it up

In other news, hell yeah LB LV 20 5* Rikku get, and immediately maxed her out to 6*. Also:

"In another 5-6 years I'll be an adult too"

I'm not sure how I'm going to slot in Rikku into my team really. At least for King Mog.

If I drop Minfilia my defensive buffs are solely from Tilith and she'll be busy healing past Turn 1, and Celestial Light only lasts 2 turns

Then again maybe Hyper NullAll works better than Celestial Light and I can last until Rikku can use her LB. but now my problem is 0 offensive buffs... well there's WoL's Embolden.

Of course I can just drop Setzer and have two Supports and Rikku can act as a backup chainer on her free turns, if any.

My setup is Tidus, WoL, Fryevia, Tilith, friend Fryevia (ideally with spirit slayer, but really anything 700+ mag that won't roll over and die right away works. Only had problems with one friend where their Fry kept dying so I don't take that one anymore.)

Turn 1: Tidus and the Fryevia's defend. WoL uses full break, Tilith uses that status+curaja spell since she has a ribbon, Marie uses Love you all so the non Meteor attacks do little to no damage.

Turn 2 Tidus buffs the party, Marie uses anti-element, WoL uses light is with us, Tilith heals, and the Fryevia's do unchained Frost Flower Blitz to bring King among close to but not past his first threshold.

Turn 3 Tilith heals, Marie uses Focus, WoL uses armor eraser or whatever it's called, and then I chain Tidus' Quick Hit (he has icebrand equipped) with 2 Frost Flower Blitzes. Chain usually hits 20+ and King Mog is dead. If he isn't dead he has a sliver of HP left and one of the Fryevia's can finish him on turn 4 (they both survive thanks to I shall not lose!). Tidus is dead but by that time he's no longer needed.

i'll just keep punching him on ELT. it's close to entering the 10k-30k group and i think some will stop once they finish all the rewards.

with the much bigger pull rate i'm finally able to max out Rikku and am well on my way with WoL.
i'm honestly not sure what to build in a team anymore. with enhanced Ace, a DW Nine can be insane. or Roberta, which is probably a better pick for him.

Do most of Rem's attacks go off of her mag, or is she hybrid? I would guess that Aqua Blade is good for her because it gives the free second hit on things like Dagger Boomerang, or am I completely misunderstanding how she works?

Aqua blade and her dagger allows you to avoid spending a slot on dual wield like genji gloves or dual wield.

With 4 letters and arms she's at like 900 MAG

Now I only have 1 of them but I can cheaply boost her MAG up a bunch.

I looked at some friend builds and it's just easier to reach high MAG numbers without resorting to using freyvias

I'm actually running into the issue of her having the ability to do so much that as the fights go on, it's hard to decide what to allocate her turn to doing, especially when it's the last turn of Synthesis. I've used her to heal and clear up statuses to let Tilith get stat boosts in, I've used all of her Synthesis skills liberally, and spamming her LB feels so awesome, especially now that I've given her both Override and Mog Wisdom (which I'm sure will change out when I'm not a complete scrub). I honestly feel like I'm cheating having her and Tilith on the same team.

So random thing that I'm just gonna say: I hate that they took away Tidus' Brotherhood sword for his 6* sprite. Of all the swords he has in FFX, they gave him literally the ugliest sword possible. Just...why? Any of his other swords would have been better.

Every storyline character in this game is garbage and an idiot. I liked Dark Fina at first because she called everyone out on being idiots, but then she fell for Rain.

Amelia sort of counts as story and she was awesome

With a freyvja to chain, I can beat in 4-5 turns cause that moogle buffs his defenses :p

As long as ling does not die so I can break his attack, i'm solid since he can't kill anyone with his meteor.
