I know English and that is good enough for me. No need to learn Mandarin at all. I want to learn, but I got no time/too lazy/too old to learn a new language. A lot of the Mandarin speakers are going to be learning English anyways. I figured I'd never get another chance to learn it, even though French is much more useful in my country and is required in a lot of workplaces here.
