The conceit of FFBE is Rain is able to summon characters from other FF worlds. In Dangerous Ariana's description it says "A beautiful singer from a distant world,". Rain summoned Dangerous Ariana from the real world, ipso facto DA and the real Ariana are one and the same thus DA does not originate from a FF world therefore she cannot be allowed in

it is in no way more of an argument. you didn't even attempt to argue that KH is FF, and that would be the only way to allow Sora. people have in the past successfully argued that BD is FF and that's why those are allowed. i personally disagree with BD's inclusion but it makes a hell of a lot more sense than KH.

Only the Disney characters and worlds are Disney though. Org XIII, Sora's group and the non-Disney bad guys have Square all over them. I mean you can say Sora is as much Disney as he is Final Fantasy like how Ariana Grande is as much a real human being as she is a human being with a costume on thrown into a game as some weird collaboration/promotion event because Japan evidently likes Ariana Grande or something. Or how VS or BD counted despite not being Final Fantasy games or originating from them

It is entirely up to Leon since he's the host, but I don't get why Sora has always been this weird exception to the rule when he has way more to do with Final Fantasy than some others that got in

Like I know people keep saying that anyone can make a game and just have it count or there is no real logic in the inclusions/exclusions, and I keep trying to reiterate that that is not true.

That is where you get things like BD, VS, and the Legends games (since I think there was arguing about them before too) counting and things like KH not counting.

You can disagree with that logic, sure, but at least acknowledge that the logic is there.

The 4 Heroes of Light weren't developed by square either. I could be wrong but BD is essentially a spiritual sequel to that game too.
