I have tried Brawl and 3DS however the only smash game I really played is Melee. I know I suck. I want to know how you rank them.

Melee = 4 > Brawl (with mods) >>>>> Brawl > 64
Melee and 4 are both amazing in their own ways. Melee is obviously the best for pure competitive play, but 4 is the best for the casual and party players thanks to the gigantic roster and collection of different modes and stages. Brawl is still fun but generally inferior (although it can be made better with mods/hacks like Project M since the Wii was so easy to softmod) and 64 was fun for its time but is just too dated to enjoy these days.
