So which locations have the DLCs I need to do first? I just went to Soldier Keep or w/e it's called, but have no idea if I made the right choice.

I'd say Return to Ostagar is worth doing first or as soon as possible. The armour is really good and I feel it kinda makes sense storywise to revisit that area (i.e. look for any possible surviving Wardens)

So I have to go to Ostagar? I didn't think I saw that as an option, but I'll look again once so get a choice on where to go.

Might ruin my experience a bit but think I'll do the DLCs first before restarting my two-handed Dwarf. I recall most of the DLC gear had high stats requirements so I wouldn't be able to use em right away anyway.

Are A Tale of Orzammar, Leliana's Song, The Golems of Amgarrak, and Witch Hunt about 1-3 hours long? Took me about one hour for The Darkspawn Chronicles. Kinda wish Shale was as good as the ogre but on the flip side, that ogre does not know the meaning of friendly fire.

This doesn't work for every item, because some only have specific material tiers they can exist in at all, but it's fantastic for generic items or DLC gear that fully scales (like the Warden Commander armor).

By DLC gear you mean the ones that automatically appear in your inventory after completing said optional campaign, right? I've read selling said gear to a vendor and buying it back also re-adjust the tier on most gear. Wish I had known this in my first playthrough as I was stubborn with letting go some gear I got early on. Plus I had little understanding about the quality of gear until the end of the game. The tier was obvious enough but didn't realize the tank's armour also affected his/her aggro.

Which location is the stone prisoner, or is it literally a location called stone prisoner?

the quest itself is called the golem in honnleaf.

you need to go to sulchers pass and buy a control rod from the merchant there. it's northeast of haven. that's what starts the quest.

DLC-triggering locations show up on your map as gold location icons.

Warden's Keep is basically triggered by talking to the guy in your camp the first time you're there after Lothering (just talk to everyone in camp).

Stone Prisoner is triggered by going to Sulcher's Pass and getting a control rod from a merchant, then going to Honnleath.

Return to Ostagar is triggered by going to Bann Loren's Lands, then going back to Ostagar (which unlocks again).

Are you trying to use it from the inventory? Switch to Alistair and use it from the radial menu, I think I made that mistake the first time I played until I figured it out.

Oh... I just went to the camp because I was almost done with the map. This will be useful for next time though, thanks!
