Okay, when McCrae did the same dumb move in BB15, it was especially dumb because he put up someone who MAY have betrayed him as opposed to someone who assuredly was NOT on McCrae's side AND could theoretically win challenges. In Alex's case, Christmas hasn't won anything without it being directly thrown to her, so wasting a DE week to nominate her would be just that: a waste. From Alex's perspective, everyone in the house turned against her except for either Paul or Josh, so might as well nominate the two people you KNOW are against you and MIGHT win future challenges.

i know you want to give alex the benefit of the doubt but no, she's not that smart

this is when you need to realize you're giving her way too much credit

recognizing the threat that is the 2-2 vote split to blindside her #1 ally is some danielle murphree 'bag of rocks' award for being misted by the dan gheesling of the house.

alex is misted by paul and doesn't comprehend what's in her best interest, she just wants to stick with paul (who wanted her out next too)
