Phoebe is an absolute monster. She is a complete abusive jerk to her friends. People like to point out that she had a hard life, which is fair, but she actually has the intelligence to realize what she is doing and why, but continues to do it because it amuses her. She even brags about how good she is at manipulating her friends.

Monica is definitely my pick. She's actually a fun, responsible adult. Her quirks can be annoying, but at least she is independent, and she's damn sexy.

Rachel by far. Phoebe is a crazy person and Monica's clean freak shit would drive me mad

That's a tough call. Rachel is fine as hell and does indeed mature over time, but she's also high maintenance as mentioned. I do like Phoebe, but there's no way I could deal with her maximum quirkiness every single day. Monica is very stable and competent but a control freak.

I just started watching Friends recently. Only 2 episodes in so my opinion is very limited.

Monica can't seem to confront her parents and feels the need to make them happy no matter what.

Rachel seems to be super high maintenance. That's a huge turn off. Plus she walked off on her own wedding.

Phoebe isn't funny and she seems like an idiot. I find her the most attractive I think.
